The Journey to Your Door

Every order at Jae Studio is handled with care. Since we focus on small-batch designs and curated surprises, we want to make sure your artful essentials arrive in pristine, gallery-ready condition.

1. Processing Times

We aren't a giant warehouse; we’re a creative studio!

  • Standard Orders: Please allow [3–5] business days for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order for its journey.

  • Art Mail Club: These curated surprises ship during the [first/last] week of every month. If you’ve just joined, your first splash of color will head your way during the next scheduled shipping window.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your goodies and your location.

  • Domestic (US): We typically ship via [USPS/UPS]. Once your package leaves the studio, it usually takes [3–7] business days to arrive.

  • International: We love our global community! International shipping times vary by destination but typically range from [2–4] weeks. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

3. Tracking Your Magic

The moment your order hits the road, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey from our studio to your doorstep in real-time.

4. Eco-Conscious Packaging

In our mission to keep the world vivid, we also want to keep it green. Whenever possible, we use recyclable or compostable packaging materials. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our mailers to keep the cycle of creativity going!

5. Missing or Damaged Art

While we do our best to ensure every item is tucked in safely, sometimes the journey can be a bit bumpy.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking says "delivered" but your art is nowhere to be found, please contact the carrier first, as they are best equipped to locate it. If they can't help, reach out to us!
