These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Jae Studio’s Website and the purchase of our products, including the Art Mail Club. By accessing this website and purchasing our designs, we assume you accept these terms in full.
1. Our Mission & Products
The Jae Studio creates functional art and stationery designed to elevate the rhythm of daily living. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly match the physical product.
2. Art Mail Club & Purchases

The Debut & Editions: All limited-edition packages, including our Art Mail Club drops, are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Subscription & Billing (If applicable): If you opt into a recurring subscription for the Club, you authorize The Jae Studio to charge your payment method on file automatically at the designated intervals. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us or limit quantities purchased per person.
3. Shipping, Delivery & Missing Mail

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your art hits your mailbox with a bang. However, once a package leaves our studio, shipping delays or carrier errors are outside of our direct control.

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. The Jae Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
4. Intellectual Property
Every design, illustration, product concept, text, photograph, and graphic on this website is the sole intellectual property of The Jae Studio.

Your purchase grants you the right to use, wear, and share the item in your personal life.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute our artwork or designs for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from us.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited-edition, curated nature of our drops and the Art Mail Club packages, all sales are generally final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at thejaestudio.byjuhi@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
